eMax is proud to announce our new customer request tracking system.
Dear eMax Customer,
In order to better serve our customers, we are proud to announce our move to an automated tracking system for all website maintenance requests. This new system will improve our responsiveness and allow us to better serve you while marketing your hotel on the Internet. For the most part, this new tracking system will be transparent to you, but there are a few improved features we’d like to tell you about. Below we’ve answered some of the basic questions you might have.
How does this affect me?
You can email
webmanager@1emax.com
or call with any requests, just as before. You’ll continue to get responsive, personalized service from the eMax team. The addition of our tracking system will allow you to see all of your requests -open as well as completed- by simply logging in to our customer portal site at
http://emaxreports.com/support/
Do I have to register to use the client portal?
No. You can register if you like, but any time you send an email to
webmanager@1emax.com
or “submit a ticket†at
http://emaxreports.com/support/
the system will automatically generate a password for you, tied to your email address. All support requests made with your email address will be listed together when you log in.
Does this require any software on my computer?
No. The eMax support portal is completely web-based. Simply browse to it from any Internet-connected computer and you can make, view, or update requests right at our site:
http://www.emaxreports.com/support/
How will this improve response to my requests?
By tracking all requests, nothing gets misplaced or forgotten. The eMax team can quickly check on requests by requestor, property, or ticket number (issued automatically by our tracking system). Customers like yourself can also view the status of your requests by logging in 24 hours a day from any Internet-connected computer.
